Exciting recognition for our UK teams

We are really excited to tell you about several pieces of recognition for our colleagues across the UK. We've got five nominations across four industry events to share with you; all of which show the dedication, skill and great outcomes our people give and create every day.

First up, we are delighted to announce Catalina Zaharia from Cabot Financial has been shortlisted for the Outstanding Leader in Operations award at Credit Strategy's Leadership Awards. This recognition at one of the industry's flagship events really shows the impact Catalina and the Team in Kings Hill are having. Well, done Catalina.

We are delighted that our Cabot Financial colleagues have been shortlisted in not one, but two categories at the Credit Strategy Credit Awards.

Our team are in the running to be recognised for having the best Vulnerable Customer Strategy of the Year and for being the Collections & Recoveries Service Provider of the Year.

These nominations are further evidence of the team's dedication to our consumers and each other. It's a real team effort and we are delighted to see the team being recognised as the committed and caring people they are. Well done and thank you to everyone across the team.

Next up, we are so pleased to see Mortimer Clarke Solicitors continue a long string of recognition at industry leading events. This most recent nomination is in the Legal Team of the year category at the Credit Strategy Credit Awards.

The team have received consistent and unwavering praise from numerous industry bodies over many years and it’s a testament to the consistency, culture, and delivery created our team in Worthing, that they continue to be shortlisted without fail. A huge thank you and well done to everyone across the site.

Wescot’s Katie Blyth was recently inducted into Hull and Humber’s Top 30 under 30, and fresh off the back of that has been shortlisted for the 2024 National Contact Centre awards. Katie is a finalist in the Contact Centre Support Manager of the year category for her hard work, people leadership and performance. We’re really pleased for Katie and wish her the best of luck and the finals on Monday 17 June.

We are also absolutely delighted to announce that our General Counsel and Company Secretary Sarah Whiteley is a finalist at the 2024 Lawyer Awards.

Sarah has been shortlisted in the General Counsel of the year category.

The Lawyer Awards is seen as “the ultimate stage for legal mastery in the UK, honouring top-notch lawyers and powerhouse firms across diverse areas”.

Making the final shortlist is a huge achievement and honour. Congratulations to Sarah and we’ve got everything crossed for 18 June 2024.
