Cabot Financial Ireland recognised by Great Place to Work® Ireland

Back in October, we took part in the Great Place to Work® survey so that we could listen to our colleagues feedback and understand what we do well and where we could support them further.

The independent, anonymous survey also benchmarks us against other businesses in Ireland. We are absolutely delighted that Cabot Financial Ireland has been recognised by Great Place to Work® Ireland as one of their best places to work in Ireland (101-300 employees).

The recognition is a huge acknowledgment of the hard work, dedication and care our colleagues show each other and our consumers every single day. It’s their commitment and support of each other that makes us who we are.

It was a real honour to be able to take some of our colleagues to the Great Place to Work gala to celebrate the award. A good night was had by all and we’ve shared a few pictures for you below.
