What you’ll do in your role

Our Litigation Executives are the key support of our company and are responsible for ensuring that our processes are run as smoothly as possible and provide outstanding customer service.

This position is around 60% administration / paperwork based, with the other 40% of the role being telephone based.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Liaising and corresponding with our Customers, Courts, Land Registry and Debt Management companies
  • Understand the legal processes, preparing legal documentation and transferring information onto internal systems accurately.

  • Being highly organised and able to multi-task and deal with conflicting priorities
  • Maintaining high levels of accuracy and having excellent attention to detail
  • Continuously improving – they have a passion to succeed and are always looking to learn and develop so they can improve in their role.
  • Having a desire to succeed – they have a variety of customer and commercial targets & KPIs that they strive to meet on a monthly basis.

 

When you join us, you will work on a 37.5 hour per week contract, working Monday - Friday 8.00am-4.30pm, with a 1-hour lunch break

We are offering a competitive salary which starts from £18,000 DOE, with the opportunity for it to rise to £22,500 over time. In addition to this, we also offer an outstanding bonus structure and when competent in your role, can expect to earn between £200-£400 per quarter, on top of your salary!
