Litigation Customer Consultant

What you’ll do in your role
As a Litigation Customer Consultant, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, speaking to our customers in different financial positions and tailoring affordable repayment plans to help them on the road to financial recovery. The role is 100% telephone based in our open plan, exciting call centre and involves managing a large volume of customer accounts on a daily basis.

- Taking the lead – they take ownership of customers’ issues, relieving customers’ stress while guiding them to a quick and easy resolution that is tailored to them.
- Influencing and negotiating – they use their strong influencing and negotiation skills to guide our customers to the right solution.
- Continuously improving – they have a passion to succeed and are always looking to learn and develop so they can improve in their role.
- A desire to succeed– they have a variety of customer and commercial targets & KPIs that they strive to meet on a monthly basis.
When you join, you will work on a 40 hour per week rotating shift pattern, for example 7:45am to 3:45pm or 12:15 to 8:00pm, as well as 1 in 3 Saturday mornings, 9:00am until 13:00pm.

We are offering a starting salary from £19,200 DOE with the opportunity to progress to £24,000 through performance, plus a fantastic bonus scheme where you have the opportunity to earn an impressive additional 30% of salary.
