What you’ll be doing

As a Customer Consultant, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, speaking and listening to our customers who are in different financial positions, tailoring affordable repayment plans to help them on the road to financial recovery. The role is 100% telephone based and involves speaking to various customers on a daily basis. You will have the opportunity to positively impact customer’s lives and make a real difference.

What we need from you

We are looking for people with experience in:

  • Working in a busy, fast paced customer service environment
  • Taking ownership of the customer’s journey, going above and beyond for each customer, and overcoming and finding solutions to their queries and complaints should they arise
  • Diffusing situations when a customer has become angry or upset
  • Influencing and negotiating
  • Working to demanding targets, KPIs and deadlines whilst remaining self-motivated and driven with a “can-do” attitude

 

This is a permanent, full time position and we invest a lot in our new starters. We are looking for people that are truly interested in starting a long-term career with us and joining our other Customer Consultants who describe the role as “rewarding”, “interesting” and “diverse”!

When you join, you will complete your training in our Covid safe office and then there is the potential to be part home based once you are competent in your role. You will work on a 40 hour per week rotating shift pattern, that consists of:

  • An early week: 8am – 3:30pm
  • A core shift week: 9am – 4:30pm
  • A late week: 12:30pm – 8pm
  • A mid shift week: 10:30am – 6:30pm
  • Every other Saturday: 9am– 1:30pm
